Christopher W. Zeh, Esq. has more than two decades of experience in trusts and estate planning, guardianship, real estate, and landlord‑tenant law. He founded Zeh & Associates, P.C. in January 2013, where he leads a team focused on personalized legal solutions.

Mr. Zeh guides clients in crafting and administering trusts, drafting wills, navigating probate and administration, and addressing estate‑related property matters. His practice also covers residential and commercial real estate transactions, advising institutional and private lenders, and handling eviction and litigation proceedings for landlords.

Before founding the firm, Mr. Zeh was a partner at McNamara & Zeh, P.C. from 2002 to 2012, managing general corporate, business, criminal, and civil matters with an emphasis on estate administration, international trusts, and asset protection. He began his career as an associate at the Law Offices of Thomas F. Liotti from 1998 to 2002, focusing on criminal and civil cases, and gained early real estate experience as a legal assistant at Peter T. Roach and Associates, P.C.

During law school he worked in business affairs at EMI Music, negotiating contracts in the entertainment industry — experience that informs his work on trust and estate matters involving intellectual property.

Mr. Zeh has co‑authored publications on legal ethics, sentencing guidelines, contract law, and estate planning, appearing in journals including the Criminal Justice Section Journal and The Attorney of Nassau County.
